Jesus Training the Disciples – a view from Myanmar by Go Suan Thang

An aspect of Jesus ministry which is prominent in the Gospels, He did not deliver sermon in the modern sense, but in a fashion all his own he served as supreme interpreter of God’s truth for sinful men. The Gospel show: (1) He usually preached from the Bible (Luke 4:14-27). (2) He preached about the kingdom of God and called for repentance. (3) He preached much about divine mercy and redeeming grace. (4) He speak much about the “last days” an aspect of his preaching and teaching that has caused much debate.
