After many years of teaching at Christian Service University College (C.S.U.C)[1] and interactions with many pastors and church leaders certain issues always come to the fore. The main areas where people always ask questions relates to the Pastor- his/her character, work, church administration and the deliverance ministry. These issues always generate passionate discussions. All these go to show the need to place in the hands of those involved in the pastoring ministry, a simple but educative manual that would in a small way help to address these issues in pastoring, hence the writing of this book.
