What Sort of leadership is Needed in Theological Education Today? – Kwame Asante Asabere
Every human organization needs somebody to be in the helm of affairs to steer both the human and non-human resources available to the organization to the desired vision of the organization concerned. The person who takes up this responsibility is referred to as the leader of the organization. Leadership, according to Walter Wright “is a relationship in which one person seeks to influence the thoughts, behaviours, beliefs, or values of another person.”[1]
